pizza nachos

As you know based on my breakfast nachos i love nachos, but on the plain side, so i have to be very creative with them. I decided one night that wanted to try making pizza nachos, i made pizzas the night before and had extra ingredients, so that night the pizza nacho was born, well my version, because we know theyve been done before.

pizza sauce

1 lb of bacon (crispy)

2-3 cups of chicken (precooked)

2-3 cups of spinach (sauteed in minced garlic)

8 oz bag of shredded mozz cheese

1 pack of pepperoni

make the tortilla chips

a bag of corn tortillas

oil

fill a dutch oven or similar pan about half way with oil, use the popcorn kernel trick to tell when its at 350

cut the entire stack of tortillas into 4, that will make triangle shaped chips

put about 4 or 5 triangles into the oil, flip them a few times until they are brown and crispy, i like to leave them in a little long, so that they are nice and crispy.

assemble the nachos on an oven friendly plate

put the plate into the oven, for about 5 mins or so at 350, just watch for them to be melted an a little browned

top with sour cream or salsa, or like me, eat plain, most importantly, enjoy!
