scone french toast

So this was conceived because i made scones during the week and by saturday we still have a few left, so rather than waste them i thought let me try and turn them into french toast, right? It was a great idea, and they were really good, a bit crumbly, but good none the less. I would make them again, but maybe with fresh scones, rather than 3 day old ones.

3 cups flour

1/2 cup sugar

5 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup butter cut them in little squares

1 egg

1 cup of milk

scones

5-6 eggs

cinnamon

1 tablespoon Kahlua

1/2 cup heavy cream

 

so first you want to start off by making the scones
