spinach and artichoke dip

A couple of years ago we were hosting a little gathering for new years eve, and there needed to be vegetarian options, so I decided to try and make some spin dip! It was a huge hit, and really easy to make!

4 garlic cloves

1 10 oz package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 14 oz can of artichoke hearts, drained

1 10 oz can of alfredo sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 package cream cheese, softened

roast the garlic for 30 mins at 350

in a baking dish spread the garlic, spinach, hearts, alfredo, both cheeses and the cream cheese

bake for 30 mins or until melted and bubbly

serve warm with either chips or a baguette

enjoy!
