My husband and I love having ice cream for dessert, we were out one day and didn’t feel like putting on masks and running to the store, so I thought id figure out a way to make my own, and this was created, and let me tell you, it’s soooo amazing! I’m going to do some experimenting with the next batch. This is so easy to make, it’s just a little time consuming, a little over 8 hours total, so try and make it early in the day.

3 bananas

1/2 cup of cold coffee

1/4 cup cocoa powder

2 teaspoons of Kahlua

chop the bananas and put them in a zip lock bag and freeze them for 4 hours

then chop them in a food processor until they look smooth

add the cocoa and Kahlua and mix

then add the cold coffee and mix until smooth

freeze for 4 hours

i also sprinkled chocolate chips on  before freezing it, i may try topping it with more bananas next time
