watermelon and banana gelato

I had a really ripe banana and some watermelon that needed to be used up fairly quickly so I decided why not blend it together and make a gelato, it was so easy and REALLY delicious, and no extra sugar added so it’s pretty decent for you.

1 banana ripe

5 cups of watermelon

freeze the watermelon for 4+ hours

using a food processor or blender, blend the watermelon and room temperature banana, pulse it for a bit and then go full power until it looks really smooth

add to a pan and freeze for 4 more hour

enjoy!
