Such a long title, I know, I just wanted to get all the important things listed, these are some special pancakes! I woke up wanting pancakes really bad, went to look into the fridge, and my luck, no milk! Now we are in the middle of a pandemic and going to the store when no really needed isn’t really high on my list, so I decided to figure out a way to make milkless cakes, and I wanted to add two of my favorite ingredients. Here was the outcome!
so these are really simple to make and so light and tasteful!
1 cup flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
3/4 cups water
1 egg or 2 tablespoons water, depending on if you want vegan or not. I used eggs in mine, and they were perfect
2 mashed bananas, riped
2 tablespoons of Kahlua
sift the dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl
pour the wet ingredients together with the banana mixture
add the dry mix to the wet mix and combine, the batter will be lumpy, that’s ok
heat oiled skillet and cook pancakes until bubbly on top and brown on the bottom
enjoy!
